Seasonal Newsletter
Twice a year we produce an informative four-color newsletter that is mailed to our high-end client base of over 10,000 names, which is comprised of the client lists of our team of brokers, the gilt-edged guest list of the Sonnenalp Resort of Vail, and our luxury property rental clientele database. We write the articles ourselves and fill them with specific, real-estate related news bulletins and analyses of local market conditions. Property Brochures
Your home will be featured in its own elegantly-designed, multi-paged brochure filled with large, four-color photographs (both interior and exterior) and readable text highlighting the property's best features. This handsome bound piece of collateral is given to every prospective buyer at every showing, distributed to brokers at every open house, and mailed by our Sonnenalp Real Estate brokers to their selected qualified buyer prospects.
Flyers
Sonnenalp Real Estate was the first real estate firm in the Vail Valley to produce and distribute flyers in color, a sign of our commitment to innovation. We distribute these one-page summaries, which display both photographs and features, on-site at our listings, in regular broadcast emails to the Valley's 800 brokers and via email or first class mail to clients and prospects based on their preference.
We regularly contact the valley's 800+ brokers about your property through a variety of email communications that keep your property front and center in their minds.In addition, our brokers and our company have begun a new email campaign that will reach over 5,000 people in our networks.
