Vail Golf Course

The Vail Golf Course neighborhood is located just east of Vail Village–a few minutes drive or a healthy walk away from world-class skiing and renowned Vail Village amenities. Spectacular single family Vail homes, as well as premium townhomes, condos and duplexes line the fairways of the Vail Golf Club. Built in 1962, this public golf course features several ponds, and the Gore Creek snaking its way along several of the holes. With winter snow, the golf course is transformed into the Vail Nordic Center, boasting 17 kilometers of groomed ski track and a separate snowshoe trail.

Dramatic views up valley of the rugged Gore Range deliver breathtaking evening alpenglow vistas to Vail property owners. Most of the homes in the Vail Golf Course neighborhood are set against the dramatic backdrop of the steep aspen-covered mountain on the south side of the valley. World-class ice climbing arenas that attract climbers from all over the world are hidden in several of the drainages on this mountainside area. Across the valley, the Booth Falls Trailhead, leads hikers through an aspen and wildflower-filled valley to Booth Falls. A few miles above the falls, you’ll find the spectacular, above-timberline Booth Lake.
