Homestead

Homestead is composed of 760 acres in three filings of single-family
homes, townhomes and multi-family housing, accommodating a great mix of
singles, families, retirees and second homeowners. It has approximately
800 residences and over 400 acres of open space within its planned unit
development, and at the center of it all is the Homestead Court Club
