Bringing Global Resources to the Vail Salvation Army
Mantra
Sonnenalp Real Estate invests in charities under the same mantras they run their business. Invest in people who deliver exponential results. The Salvation Army delivers results by multiplying financial resources provided by every SRE broker, with the immense strength of their volunteers.
Abundance
We are all very thankful for the abundant opportunities in the Vail Valley. Our residents relish in the gift of self-reliance, Vail’s original community value.
Commitment
As a member of the Salvation Army board of directors, Joni White Taylor, president of Sonnenalp Real Estate, is committed to funding the programs year round. A portion of every commission, every month, by every broker is donated to the local chapter of the Salvation Army.
Tragedy
Tragedy knows no boundaries. Mishaps of fate are fire, accidents, and addiction, which can upset our treasured balance of self-sufficiency. The Salvation Army is there with a mortgage and a car payment, food and counseling.
Efficiency
The Salvation Army has one of the lowest expense ratios of any charity in America. Sonnenalp Real Estate add to this efficiency by shouldering of all printing costs for the Salvation Army’s annual newsletter. All donors can be confident that whatever financial commitment they make this year will go right to those valley residents who need it most.
